It can be connected by threaded, clamped or ring pressure, or acetylene-oxygen welding and copper welding rods can be used. The connection method is shown in the figure: [The difference between the two]: ①The thin-walled stainless steel pipe is called "Hercules". Take the commonly used thin-walled stainless steel pipe of 304 material as an example, its tensile strength is 530-750Mpa, which is twice that of galvanized pipe. , 3 times of copper pipe, 8-10 times of PPR; elongation is greater than 35%. Therefore, compared with copper pipes, thin-walled stainless steel pipes can meet the requirements of reducing the thickness of the wall, and conform to the national industrial policy of material and energy saving, and have the guarantee of strength, and can achieve the purpose of reducing the load-bearing capacity of the building. ②The thermal conductivity of thin-walled stainless steel pipe is 15 W/m℃ (100℃), which is 1/4 of carbon steel pipe and 1/23 of copper pipe. Thin-walled stainless steel pipes are particularly suitable for hot water transportation due to their good thermal insulation performance. Whether it is the thickness of the thermal insulation layer, or the construction and maintenance costs of the thermal insulation structure, thin-walled stainless steel pipes have good economic efficiency. ③The average thermal expansion coefficient of thin-walled stainless steel pipes is 0.017mm/(m℃), which is close to copper pipes, while composite pipes are 1.5 times that of thin-walled stainless pipes, and plastic pipes are 5-11 times that of thin-walled stainless steel pipes. In view of the weakness of the excessive thermal expansion coefficient of plastic pipes, metal pipes should be used to transport hot water.
